How it was
Before us, NeoStudy was a makeshift construct: Tilda for landings, Zoom for webinars, Google Docs for lectures. You could pay for a course, but only if you were as determined as a Marvel hero: first a link, then a receipt, then an email. Students got confused, and managers spent half their day explaining what to do next.
What we did
We didn't just build a website - we created a digital campus. A full-fledged WordPress ecosystem: courses, webinars, personal account with progress tracking, automatic reminders, program-specific landing pages, and built-in payment. Everything in one place. Even grandma could handle it (if she's learning soft-skills, of course).
The result
The platform became the brand's hallmark. Student retention rate reached 92% - because they simply don't want to leave
